(Reuters) - Eppendorf said it will acquire all common shares of New
Brunswick for $11.50 per share, 43 percent more than the
company's Tuesday closing price of $8.03.
New Brunswick shares were up more than 39 percent to $11.20
in morning trade on the Nasdaq.
