(Reuters) - SEOUL, June 25 - SK Telecom Co. will
combine its Internet portal unit SK Communications Co. with
affiliate Empas Corp. as South Korea's top mobile
operator seeks to beef up Web and e-commerce businesses.
SK Telecom Chief Executive Kim Shin-bae also reiterated on
Monday that the company had no intention to buy local fixed-line
and broadband company hanarotelecom .
