French Stocks Advance, Paced By Axa, Societe Generale, Total, Michelin

(Bloomberg) -- French stocks advanced, led by Axa
SA and Societe Generale SA. Total SA gained as the price of
crude oil increased.

Shares of Michelin & Cie., the world's second-largest
tiremaker, rose as rubber futures tumbled.

Wynn Boosts Macau Casino Loan by 24 Percent to $1.55 Billion, People Say

(Bloomberg) -- Wynn Resorts Ltd. increased the size
of a loan for its casino in Macau, the world's biggest gambling
market, by 24 percent to $1.55 billion, said three people with
direct knowledge of the matter.

The company, controlled by billionaire Steve Wynn, boosted
borrowings from $1.25 billion after more than 50 banks and funds
offered to lend more than it sought, said the people, who
declined to be identified because details aren't public. Bank of
America Corp., Deutsche Bank AG and Societe Generale SA are
arranging the financing, they said.

European Stocks Drop After ECB Raises Key Rate; E.ON and Iberdrola Fall

(Bloomberg) -- European stocks headed for the biggest
decline in more than two months after the European Central Bank
raised interest rates.

E.ON AG and Iberdrola SA led a decline by utilities, while
BNP Paribas SA and Spain's Banco Popular Espanol SA pushed
banking shares lower. Thales SA, Europe's largest defense-
electronics company, fell after Societe Generale SA downgraded
the stock.
