German Stocks Advance, Led by MAN on Earnings; DaimlerChrysler, BMW Rise

(Bloomberg) -- Germany's benchmark DAX Index rose,
heading for the biggest one-day gain in more than two weeks. MAN
AG shares paced the advance after Europe's third-largest
truckmaker reported its 16th consecutive profit increase.

Shares of DaimlerChrysler AG and Bayerische Motoren Werke
AG, the world's biggest luxury carmakers, also climbed.

German Stocks Advance; Deutsche Bank, MAN AG, DaimlerChrysler Lead Gains

(Bloomberg) -- German stocks advanced, led by
Deutsche Bank AG, MAN AG and DaimlerChrysler AG.

The benchmark DAX Index added 92.86, or 1.3 percent, to
7549.17 as of 9:10 a.m. in Frankfurt. The HDAX Index of the
country's 110 biggest companies climbed 1.3 percent.

Adidas, Axel Springer, Deutsche Post, EM.TV, E.ON, SAP: German Preview

(Bloomberg) -- The following stocks may rise or
fall in German markets.

Germany's X-DAX Index dropped 0.7 percent to 7839.27. The
index provides an estimate of the DAX Index, based on trading in
DAX futures after the Xetra electronic market closes. The DAX
fell 0.9 percent to 7860.52 on the Xetra electronic-trading
system.

BASF, E.ON, KarstadtQuelle, MLP AG, ThyssenKrupp: German Equity Preview

(Bloomberg) -- The following stocks may rise or fall
in German markets.

Germany's X-DAX Index rose 0.2 percent. The index provides
an estimate of the DAX Index, based on trading in DAX futures
after the Xetra electronic market closes. The DAX climbed 0.7
percent to 8090.49 on the Xetra electronic-trading system.

German DAX Benchmark Climbs; Allianz, MAN, SAP Shares Pace the Advance

(Bloomberg) -- Germany's benchmark DAX Index rose,
led by Allianz SE, Europe's largest insurer.

MAN AG, Europe's third-largest truckmaker, climbed after
Chief Executive Officer Hakan Samuelsson said the second quarter
is ``going very well.'' SAP AG, the world's largest maker of
business-management software, rose for a third day.

Germany's DAX Index Falls for Fifth Day; Munich Re, Allianz Shares Slide

(Bloomberg) -- Germany's DAX Index dropped, set to
complete a full week of losses, on concern that interest rates
may keep rising. Shares of Munich Re, Allianz SE and Siemens AG
paced the retreat.

The DAX Index slid 83.51, or 1.1 percent, to 7535.10 as of
11:35 a.m. in Frankfurt. The measure has tumbled 5.8 percent in
the past five days, heading for the biggest weekly loss since
September 2003. The HDAX Index of the country's 110 biggest
companies decreased 1.2 percent today. DAX futures expiring in
June lost 95.5, or 1.3 percent, to 7520.5.

Merck KGaA, Comdirect Bank, Gerry Weber, Jenoptik: German Equity Preview

(Bloomberg) -- The following stocks may rise or fall
in German markets.

Germany's X-DAX Index rose 9.49, or 0.1 percent. The index
provides an estimate of the DAX Index, based on trading in DAX
futures after the Xetra electronic market closes. The DAX
declined 0.7 percent to 7919.83 on the Xetra electronic-trading
system.

Germany's DAX Index Climbs; Infineon, Metro and RWE Lead Shares Higher

(Bloomberg) -- German stocks advanced, led by
Infineon Technologies AG, Metro AG and RWE AG.

The benchmark DAX Index rose 31.01, or 0.4 percent, to
7914.05 as of 9:06 a.m. in Frankfurt. The HDAX Index of the
country's 110 biggest companies also climbed 0.4 percent.
