UPDATE 1-Ruby Tuesday net profit down, shares drop

(Reuters) - The company's shares fell over 3 percent in after-hours
trading.




Fourth-quarter net income was $24.7 million, or 46 cents
per share, compared with $31.7 million, or 53 cents per share,
a year ago, the company said.
