Delphi-UAW pact paves way for plant sales, cuts

CHICAGO, June 25 - Delphi Corp.'s deal with the United Auto Workers details plans for four plants it will keep and 17 it will shed along with wage reductions seen as crucial to the auto parts maker's exit from bankruptcy.
