CME beefs up CBOT bid, gets Caledonia nod

(Reuters) - CBOT shareholders would own about 36 percent of the
outstanding shares of the combined company after the deal, CME
said, terming Friday's move its "best and final" offer. CME has
been fighting off a competing bid for CBOT by
IntercontinentalExchange Inc. .
